Théâtre Sans Frontières is renowned for its vibrant and visually-driven productions. The performances are enhanced by mime, mask, puppetry, clowning, dance and live music.
Théâtre Sans Frontières is based in Tynedale, Northumberland. Since 1991 the Company has produced over 27 shows in English, French, German and Spanish and toured extensively to theatres, arts centres, schools and colleges throughout England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Tunisia and most recently China.
Théâtre Sans Frontières performers and directors have trained with international masters Philippe Gaulier and Monika Pagneux. They have worked with the Royal National Theatre, Compass Theatre Ltd, Northern Stage, Theatre Repere, Canada, Robert Lepage, John Wright, Marcello Magni, Pete Brooks, Joff Chafer and Angela de Castro amongst others. The company collaborates regularly with performers, directors and choreographers from around the world to create a universal theatre of excellence. |
